Program as Weights

Program as Weights is a brilliant idea. Fragmented, personalised software is expensive to fine-tune in the usual way, so compiling English specifications into local neural functions could make useful adaptation much cheaper.

The niche is clear, although the moat looks questionable. If the technique works as described, I am tempted to use it as an optimisation parameter for the AI systems I own, rather than treating every improvement as another round of model training.
